Orders & Payments
All services will go through a mutual agreement process before the project begins.
- Payments are made based on agreement (down payment, milestones, or full payment)
- Projects will start after the initial payment is received
- Payment delays may affect the project timeline
Revisions & Work Scope
Revisions are provided according to the package or initial agreement. Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of deliverables is defined as follows:
- Final results become the client’s property after full payment
- DigitalAdva reserves the right to use the work for portfolio purposes
- Client-provided content remains the client’s responsibility
Cancellation & Refund
Project cancellation by the client does not guarantee a refund. Costs incurred during the work process are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalAdva is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of services, including third-party algorithm changes, technical disruptions, or factors beyond our control.
Service Changes
DigitalAdva reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
